Based on the timeline Halligan gave to the judge, after the jury refused the first indictment the prosecution prepared a second indictment, presented it to the jury, gave them their instructions, sent them to the jury room to deliberate and then got a decision from the jury… and all of that allegedly only took seven minutes.
They’re hiding something and they’re doing a shytty panicked job covering it up.
Nearly everyone Trump has ever appointed has been unqualified and incompetent but Halligan may join us be the least capable one yet.
