What if instead of normal currency, we basically required people not to be assholes in order to join our civilization.   The wealthy hateful would surely starve to death in the cold (right after burning their money in attempt to provide heat).

Who said anything about fascism?  I'm just saying to no longer let money control everything.  If you are an asshole, no one works for you.  No one gives you food.  You shovel $100 bills but everyone just laughs.

The wealthy often have a sort of entitlement thinking everyone owes them due to their money.  I am saying we no longer accept or care about their money.  Instead what if it were based on being a decent person instead?
