Don't accuse someone whose identity is known of committing a crime for which they haven't been convicted. This rule applies to people whose identity is known. Many people post here anonymously. We don't intend this rule to apply to an anonymous person since it seems to us it is impossible to libel an anonymous person. How does a user know if someone's identity is known? For a public person, this is easy. For a member of this forum, don't be obtuse. It is a small forum and people whose PI is out there are generally known to the community.
