Literally every one of those stats is skewed by the black community

Blacks are the fattest population in the US (49.5%)

Blacks commit 50%+ of all murders in the US

Blacks have the highest homelessness rate in the US (37%)

Blacks have the lowest life expectancy in the US (see murder rate stat )

And they're only 13% of the population!

Switzerland - almost impossible to get a vacation home there, using EU or USA passport. They have a lottery each year for vacation home buyers, with very limited areas to buy, very small apartment size, no land grabs allowed.
Switzerland would be full of Saudis and Jews and Americans buying chateaux or building mcmantions, so they outlawed it
